Our Philosophy

Before we get to ViperWeb Consulting's Philosophy, lets take a moment to explore the difference between a Goal or Mission Statement and a business Philosophy. Our goal or mission rather is to bring you our services in a cost effective way at the same time not compromising on quality of services rendered. Our Philosophy in simplest of terms is to better your and/or your business life through technology. At there root they seem to be the same idea, and they are, here is why, our mission statement is derived from our philosophy.

So what's the difference between a mission statement and a philosophy? That I am said to say is not entirely easy to answer, a mission statement is based off of a core philosophy, though the philosophy may not change a mission statement might. As businesses find better and/or new ways to execute there operations and meeting the core demands of there philosophy the mission might change. Why are we telling you this? To explain why we have a page dedicated to our business philosophy and not a page for our mission statement. We also think this document explains our business better then any "About Us", History, or other pages of there like.

Lets get to the meat of our core for being in business.

ViperWeb Consulting set out when we where incorporated in the Summer of 2002 to make business and home users lives better with the use of technology. With this simple philosophy we have changed the way many of our clients use technology in there homes and businesses. In the home computers have become great research tools, and fun centers instead of being a source of headaches and annoyance. In business we have helped streamline day to day operations, help with sales, and over all expansion.

Even if you only use us once, our goal is to help you make technology a better part of your life. In our day to day operations we do not discriminate from new and existing customers, that would go against our core goals. Plus we think how we do business is a good way to get return customers, an old saying that still seems to apply "Treat them well and they will come back" works so why change. If you leave this page with anything we hopes its that you now know that technology can be anyone's friend and work for you for a change.
