Why the “weird” nicknames on Yahoo and AIM? Well we only want clients sending us messages so we used the nicks to help limit pot and non client messages.

On Site Support

ViperWeb Consulting does most of our on location support on Wednesday and Thursday, though we do have service 7 days a week, but planed work is generally scheduled on Wednesday and Thursday. We are always available 7 days a week 9 AM – 9 PM and later if needed, if you need emergency service after 9 PM please call our on call number at 918-402-7331.

Phone Support

Remote Support

Our remote support is only offered to computers running any version of Microsoft Windows and with computers with at least 128 MB of ram and 50 MB of free space on your hard drive. Please email and or call us to do the remote support. We will send you a secure link to activate the remote connection.

Other

We do not let clients drop off computers at our office we offer free pick-up and deliver services in the greater Tulsa Metro Area.

We are open to ideas and will work with all of our clients so if there is something we can do to service you then please let us know.
